Deposits & Puppy Selection

All deposits are non-refundable. The only exception is if your puppy develops a health issue that prevents it from going home. In certain circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may allow your deposit to be transferred to a future litter.

Puppy Selection Process

Puppies are selected in the order that deposits are received. For example, when a new litter is born, the first deposit receives the first pick, the second deposit receives the second pick, and so on.

Placing your deposit reserves your position in the picking order—it does not reserve a specific puppy. Puppy selections take place when the litter is approximately 5–6 weeks old. By waiting until this age, families are able to better evaluate each puppy’s personality, temperament, and conformation, making it easier to choose the puppy that is the best fit for their home.
